Return and Refund Policy

Delivery:

Jewels of Eden delivers globally and assures the use of the best possible transport/courier agencies to deliver your product/s.

Free shipping:

Free shipping is valid on several orders, without the following exceptions:

● This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount coupon.

● Free shipping is not applicable on products purchased from the SALE page or any discounted catalog.

● Jewels of Eden reserves the right to end or alter this promotion at any time.

● Standard T&C will be applied.

Shipping charge:

Shipping charges of products on Jewels of Eden will be mentioned at the time of check out. The said shipping charges are volumetric in nature and differ from product to product.

VAT and Import duties:

The VAT / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner. Jewels of Eden does not include these extra charges on our price (as displayed on the e-shop). These taxes will be chargeable over & above the product/order price you pay on the e-shop.

Note: These charges are ungovernable and they differ from country to country according to the local rules & regulations.

Courier charges:

Courier handling charges are borne directly by the customer and are to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner.

Note: THESE CHARGES ARE UNGOVERNABLE AND THEY DIFFER FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY ACCORDING TO THE LOCAL RULES & REGULATIONS.

Shipment time:

Any product that you buy on Jewels of Eden, which is not MTO (made to order), will be shipped between 4 – 6 weeks. In case of MTO our customer care team will get in touch with you to provide you the specific details. Note: These days are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product.

Shipment tracking:

Once the order has been handed to the courier agency, Jewels of Eden will email you the tracking code, along with the website link and phone numbers on which you can monitor and check the status of your order. Note: The tracking code may take up to 24 business hours to be activated on the tracking website.

Shipping address:

Jewels of Eden does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code.

Jewels of Eden will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.

Change of shipping address:

The customer can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order by logging into jewelsofeden.com and going to the 'My Account' section. No changes in the shipping address will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.

Delivery of multiple products:

In case you purchase multiple products in one order, all products will be dispatched together. Unless, you have opted for customization, in which case, the order will be dispatched only once the customization is done.

Delay in delivery:

If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, Jewels of Eden shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order. In case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock, Jewels of Eden shall

inform you by email and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product. Note: Billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills and shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered.

Return policy:

Jewels of Eden allows buyers to easily return products that:

1. You received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition,

2. Might have a manufacturing defect

3. Wrong product is delivered to you.

All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. Please register your dispute within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 24 hours of delivery may not be entertained by Jewels of Eden.

Note:

 Custom made products cannot be returned.

 Products bought in bulk and wholesale rates are NON REFUNDABLE.

 Products bought on Offers and Discounts are NON REFUNDABLE.

Please note order can be cancelled only within 24 hours from the time of order. Cancellation cannot be done after 24 hours.
